During my stay at New Hostel Firenze, I found two positive aspects worth mentioning. the database provided accurate information about the room options available. The hostel offers rooms with 4 beds nearby the door, which is convenient for those who prefer quick access in and out of the shared space. having a private bathroom in the room was a great advantage, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests.
There was one minor inconvenience during my stay at New Hostel Firenze. The database mentioned that the room would have two beds, but upon arrival, we were allocated a room with just a single large bed.

The location was perfect - we were just minutes away from all the cool attractions and fun hangout spots in Florence. The price was super affordable, which meant we had more money to spend on exploring the city. The staff was really helpful and friendly, and they even let us store our bags before check-in so we could start exploring right away. we had a blast and would definitely recommend this place to all our young, party-going friends!
If there's one thing we would've liked more of, it would be a better social atmosphere. While the hostel had all the facilities we needed, like a kitchen and lounge, we didn't really get to meet other young travelers and make new friends.

The fact that my friend and I could share double room with ourselves and a private bathroom was great. Free internet was an added plus :)
The area around the hostel seemed a little rundown and the room had a peculiar smell...

Very nice hostel stuff. And comfortable places. It is full of home style.
Security problem. I nearly lost my valuables. But it is avoided, if you take care of your things.

Very close to the city center
Avoid the dormitory. Super noisy because of the nearby road.

Always stay at this place when in town. They made my elderly parents' stay comfortable. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, laundry, board games, wheelchair access. No pets or smoking. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

Strategically located near Florence central station. Clean rooms and private bathrooms. Friendly host, allowed us to store our bags. Value for money compared to other expensive properties. Great common areas, fast WiFi.

I stayed at New Hostel for a few nights for leisure. The common areas were great with couches, TV, fridge, microwave, and vending machine with beer. There were also lounging tables and couches outside. The two WiFi accounts were fast and reliable. The rooms were clean and had the option of private or shared bathrooms. The location near the train station and city center was convenient. The staff was kind and attentive, and there was luggage storage available.
I recommend this hotel.

Spacious rooms with plenty of storage and plugs. Great location near train station, shops, and major attractions. Helpful and nice staff. Early check-in available if room is clean. Tidy hostel with a small garden. Kitchen is clean. Lounge provides a great atmosphere to connect with other guests.
Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

The room at New Hostel Florence was just perfect for me! I loved the private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The private entrance made me feel like I had my own little space. The tile/marble floor and patio added a touch of elegance. The single beds and bunk beds were comfortable, and I could even bring my own bed linen. it was a cozy and delightful room!
I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the bathroom. It's just my personal preference, but others might find it useful.
